How it works

Step 1

Reach out for a 15-20 minute introduction call. I welcome emails, phone calls, and text messages to begin the process. No doctor's referral needed. The purpose of the introduction call is to assess that what you need is what I have to offer. It is also a great way for you to ask any questions you may have about what to expect.

Step 2

At the end of your introduction call, we will schedule your first appointment if we both agree that this would be a good fit. Once your first appointment is scheduled, I will send you new client paperwork to complete via your patient portal.

Step 3

Your first appointment is where we will discuss your needs in greater detail. During this conversation, I will complete a more thorough diagnostic evaluation, and we end the session with a review of what your individually tailored treatment will entail.
