Learning and practicing CBT for insomnia has been the single most rewarding aspect of my nearly 20-year career. It has consumed almost half of that time and I have never felt burned out. Why? It combines science, structure, creativity and flexibility to make a short-term and highly effective model. The frequent success stories keep me going. Many clients complete the process in about eight treatment sessions, though some require more and some need fewer.

Wherever you are on your CBT-I journey from dabbling with curiosity to seasoned expert, I am happy to provide support and camaraderie. CBT-I professionals are few and far between, so please contact me just to say hi and introduce yourself.

One-on-one consultations

This time can be used to staff specific cases or discuss concepts. $160/hour.

Group consultation

I offer a virtual monthly consultation group on a drop--in basis. Contact me for more details. Sliding scale of $20-60 per session.

Group presentations and training

Done in person or virtually, I can custom create a training or informational session for your group for a minimum of one hour. Contact me to discuss specifics and rates based on your needs and budget.
